This strategic collaboration unites two veteran-focused organizations with a shared mission:
equipping service members for long-term success beyond the uniform. By combining HKPO’s
Lean Six Sigma and Operational Excellence programs with FourBlock’s nationally
recognized Career Readiness curriculum, the partnership offers veterans technical credentials, mentorship, and employer connections.
The initiative is designed not only to build new skills but also to help veterans translate their
military experience into high-value capabilities for today’s workforce—underscoring both
organizations’ commitment to advancing veteran success.
